Dishonoring The Dead

To the Editor:
Scotch Plains, N.J.: Your Dec. 29 editorial "Port
Authority's downtown scam" should surprise no one. But, the PA
and Lower Manhattan Development Corp. have acted together to fool
the public. What else can we expect from two groups that have
ignored the fact that the people who died at the World Trade
Center have been left in the Fresh Kills landfill?
